Current Fashion Fave: Black Slacks

Before Paris, I was a blue jeans girl through and through. However, since moving here, I have seen many people wearing black slacks, so I decided to start wearing mine. Now, it is my favorite piece of clothing in my wardrobe! If you do not have a pair, this blog will convince you, you need one.

Dress Them Up or Dress Them Down

I am obsessed with the fact that even though slacks are typically dressed up, they can very easily be dressed down. Suppose you want a casual and effortlessly cute outfit. In that case, pair a hoodie, denim jacket, and sneakers with your slacks. I did this when I traveled to Normandy, and I loved that I looked cute with minimal effort!

Can Be Worn From Day to Night

In Paris, I can no longer quickly go home and change into a new outfit for a different event. So an integral part of my style nowadays is to wear the same company to many other occasions throughout the day. My Black Slacks are perfect for different events. They look great with the daytime outfits shown above. They also look great with dinner outfits and clubbing outfits shown here.

Super Comfy!

If you get the right size of trousers, I assure you will be very comfortable wearing them all the time! I am so comfortable in my slacks that I can easily wear them on plane and train rides. This is super important in Europe because they frown upon sweatpants here. It is also comfortable to wear in varying temperatures. I wore them when it was 80 degrees in Paris in late August. And I can still wear them in the 40-degree weather in Paris and other countries.
