Paris is a city made for walking, so it is oh so important to have the perfect french shoes to be walking. Whether it is comfort or style, I have the two perfect french brands that you need to buy while in Paris!

1. VEJA
If you are looking for a comfy, cute, and casual sneaker, VEJA is the way to go while in Paris! Within my first day in Paris, I could tell that VEJA was THE BRAND to have while here. Almost everyone I see in the metro has a pair. I had heard of the brand back in the states, but it is less popular here. It makes sense that it is more popular here since they are a french brand.

Not only are the shoes super cute, but they are also vegan! Half of the shoe styles are vegan, so not all of them, but they are trying their best to be eco-friendly!
Another super important reason to get a pair of VEJA in France is that it is cheaper here than in the U.S. My sister wanted a couple, and she saw that it was around 25 euros cheaper in France than in America, so she bought a pair to bring back home when she visited.
2. JONAK
Sneakers are all the rage nowadays in the shoe community, but what happened to the cute girly shoes of the 50s and 60s? If you are looking for that, look no further because Jonak can fulfill your needs. It has always been hard for me to find cute and girly shoes that are good quality back in the U.S. So when I discovered Jonak here, I fell in love!

Additionally, they have a massive selection of styles for girly shoes. It is amazing! I never saw so many types of Mary Janes and platform loafers. They also have boots, pumps, oxfords, kitten heels, and many more! If you like leather and style over comfort, Jonak is the brand for you!
While they are on the more expensive side, this is because they are actually good quality. Jonak is also cheaper in France compared to the U.S. My sister chose VEJA over Jonak. However, I will be doing the opposite. I cannot resist getting such a beautiful and girly shoe from Jonak.
